Ryan Brady has 14 years of experience in the RV industry. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Upon graduation Ryan worked at Prairie Capital, a Chicago based private equity firm. Most recently as the General Manager for multiple brands at Heartland RV, Ryan led a division that represented nearly one-third of the entire company's revenue. Ryan and his wife Lauren reside in Niles, MI with their 2 children.
The Brady family history is deeply rooted in the RV industry with their father, Brian Brady, successfully leading startup companies like Damon RV (now Thor Motor Coach) in the 1990's and Heartland RV in 2004. With a family passion for RVs, brothers Coley and Ryan have gained a combined 30+ years of RV experience while serving in senior leadership roles at Heartland RV. While proud of their previous achievements, the brothers took a leap of faith to embark on a different way of doing business, one that they believe will enhance the RV ownership experience.
