We understand that additional concerns may occur between the time of making this appointment and your actual appointment date. During this time frame, your coach has been scheduled to fit into an already tight schedule. Add on items create significant amounts of downtime and delays that we simply cannot, in good faith, pass on to other customers by moving them back and re-arranging a schedule that is booked out for months to come. These challenges are beyond just our service shop’s schedule but tied to many other transactions such as sub shops and vendors that we rely on and have tightly scheduled for work in which they also rely on the schedule being static/locked in at this point in the process (body work, paint work, specialty repair services, appliance services etc.)
We do offer a very robust owner support team and dealer network that can assist with add on items or other shortage related delays that we can’t get to. We can simply hand these off in a neat an organized manner for follow up thru one of these channels.
