Previously, I've had many years in the automotive parts business as well as a counterman, outside salesman and now assistant manager of a successful wholesale-focused, auto parts store. I've run a successful auto repair shop which included, customer service, auto repair service writing, parts acquisition, diagnostics, employee management, billing/invoicing, scheduling and issue management.
