With over 20 years of experience in the RV industry, Josh brings an amazing range of skillsets to his role, having started on the line before moving into customer service and also working on the dealer side. As Director of Service, he has been with Alliance for nearly four years, tapping into this wealth of hands-on knowledge to support our customers and dealer partners. In his downtime, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, watching his kids grow and play the sports they love, playing sports himself, and enjoying the outdoors.
